AI happens to be the buzz word in the recent years. Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a game-changing technology in plethora of domains and its effects on leveraging higher education is drawing more and more attention. AI has several options for enhancing the standard and accessibility of education, with the ability to revolutionise administrative, teaching, and learning procedures. It is the most sought out technology in the current times.Owing to the importance of Artificial Intelligence, the management of Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College had a fore thought to introduce a UG Programme in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. The department had its inception in the Academic Year 2022-2023. Our three-year Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning course has been structured to give thorough understanding of the field of computer science whilst providing you with the opportunity to develop a strong theoretical grounding in Artificial Intelligence with many opportunities to put things in to practice. Artificial Intelligence is one of the current hot topics in Computer Science and of the society more broadly. It is at the heart of everyday technology and the understanding and application of AI holds the key to solve many current and future real-world problems.
