OFFICIAL EXAMINATION ENTRY NOTICE: NOVEMBER 2025 HALL TICKETS

To all students enrolled in Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Programmes,
The Controller of Examinations (CoE) announces the mandatory procedure for obtaining your Hall Ticket, which serves as your indispensable access pass for the End-of-Semester Examinations commencing in November 2025.
1. ACTION REQUIRED: DOWNLOAD AND PRINT
All students are required to download their personalized Hall Tickets exclusively via the College Website on the scheduled dates provided below.
A physical hard copy of the Hall Ticket is mandatory for entry into the Examination Hall. Digital versions will not be accepted.

2. HALL TICKET RELEASE SCHEDULE
To ensure smooth server performance, the release of Hall Tickets is phased based on year and program. Please adhere strictly to your designated date.

3. MANDATORY FINANCIAL CLEARANCE GATE
ATTENTION: Hall Tickets will only be generated and downloadable for students who have fully settled all outstanding institutional dues. Clearance must be completed prior to your scheduled download date. Students with pending dues will be locked out of the Hall Ticket portal.
Please ensure the following dues are resolved immediately:

4. EXAMINATION HALL PROTOCOL
Strict adherence to the following rules is necessary to maintain decorum and ensure timely commencement of exams:
- Daily Seating Check: The seating arrangement is dynamic and changes daily. Students must consult the official seating chart posted on the College Website every morning before leaving for college.
- Mandatory Early Arrival: All students are required to be seated in their designated Examination Halls ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled commencement of the End-of-Semester Examinations. Late entry protocols will be strictly enforced.
