Such an objective has created a lot of excellent academicians and scientists, throughout the Globe. Outsized numbers of our Alumni are vibrant in teaching and research in the diverse fields of Physics. At present, we are offering B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D., Programmes. All our academic activities are well planned in the Annual calendar. The introduction of autonomy in the academic year 1987-88 is helping a lot to redesign the curriculum periodically, to smarten the content of the syllabi, which is compatible in tune with the recent developments in Physics. Every aspect of life involves choices. NGM is inspiring the learners by providing informed choices, under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) from the Academic year 2004-05 onwards. The CBCS always ensures to supplement to the scientific arena, by learning Interdisciplinary, Extra disciplinary and Life / Job-oriented courses in addition to the Core subjects. The introduction of outcome based education in the academic year 2017 – 18 enhances the curriculum and very much useful for the students to learn the concepts with utmost interest and involvement.
